Meh. - Edit
Not long after I arrived (early evening), the Justin Beiber was cranked and the flashing LEDs were illuminated. The decor was shabby and there didn’t seem to be great adherence to cleaning codes (the menu I was handed was crusty). The food was alright; dosa was well made but the filling was bland. The Manchurian Cauliflower starter was good. Server inattentive; even answered a personal call while taking payment. I had to chase him down for the receipt.

Cons: I’ve had better service at an ATM, Atmosphere was awful

Best Indian food outside of India - Edit
We strolled by one night and my husband had never tried dosas. We’re happy we stopped and it’s in our neighbourhood. This will becomes favourite for sure. The sahir paneer dosa was soooo good. Great value. Must try if you visit Vancouver.

Best masala dosa - Edit
I got the masala dosa, which was amazing and only $8! The outside was crispy, the filling was generous, and the sauces were delicious. I loved it, and would definitely eat here again!
Read moreThey had hand sanitizer at the door and at the table where payments are made. The server wore a mask properly the whole time I was there, used hand sanitizer, and appeared to be sanitizing the tables she cleared.
Pros: Good food, Good prices, Followed covid regulations

Amazing dosas and great lunch offer - Edit
Stumbled across this place when we went to check out English bay, they had a completely separate vegan menu. Which had plenty to choose from in Starters, curries, naan breads and of course dosas. They also had a great vegan lunch offer on, where you got a tray with 3 curries, rice, naan bread and some cut veg for $7! And they were also doing any veggie Dosas for $8. We got a lunch deal each and shared a Dosa and they were MASSIVE. Would highly highly recommend this place. Local business, great food, Amazing price can't ask for more!

One of the best South Indian places in Vancouver - Edit
As someone who has been craving for good vegan dosa options within Vancouver, this place didn't disappoint at all.
Read moreThe owner is a really nice chap and they have a big separate vegan menu and are using tofu instead of cottage cheese.
Let's show this place some love and encourage the owner to turn the establishment vegan
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Food is legit, Open at late hours
Cons: Lack of compostable takeaway containers, Menu is not completely vegan
