ok

When I asked about vegan pizza options, they only told me about pizza Napoli. The menu lists several meat pizzas and a few vegetarian ones with a variety of vegetables, so I asked for a pizza with grilled veggies without cheese. It wasn't bad, but it did look a bit sad with just tomato sauce and a tiny amount of grilled eggplant and zucchini. The staff encouraged us to sit outside, but there was no place for my group of 4 people to sit together. There were 2 tables on either side of the entrance, with 3 chairs each. And then 2 benches, on the other side of the row, where people who ordered take away sat to wait.

Pros: Good size pizza

Cons: No good seating options , Staff not too helpful with finding vegan options

Sehr gut!

Pros: Leckeres Essen, italienischer Charme, freundlicher Kellner

Go here for the pasta

This place is very popular among locals and does get quite busy. As per one reviewer’s advice I opted for the spaghetti puttanesca and it was really good. The portions are generous and the prices not over the top.
My friend got a grilled vegetable pizza (with the cheese) and that was a mistake. The pizza was nothing to write home about.
They do also have a selection of grilled vegetables so I do recommend going for the vegetables and the pasta.

Busy but worth it!

Visited this restaurant after reading about it on Happy Cow. It was very busy and there are only a couple of tables. The restaurant does takeaway options too. Not many vegan options on the menu but most dishes can be adapted for a vegan. I have a freshly made Gnocchi dish with courgettes. It was very tasty. I would recommend it to try but you might have to wait.

Best pizza and pasta in Italy

We went to this little Italian restaurant after seeing many good reviews on Google. It's down a little alleyway and run by a lovely Italian family. We asked the son if he could veganise the pizza fritte (by removing the cheese) and if he could add basil and garlic to it instead. He was happy to do so, and I was absolutely amazed at how good it was. The garlic they used was raw and POTENT, I LOVED it.
We also ordered the marinara pizza and that was ok, nothing special, but I did like how thin and crispy the base was.
We asked the younger guy working there what else was vegan and he suggested the pasta puttanesca, which I have to say is the best cooked pasta I've ever had the pleasure to eat. It had a slightly stirfried quality to it.
We were very sad we had only discovered this restaurant on our last night in Maiori. We came back again the next afternoon for one more meal (where we ordered the pizza fritte, and pasta puttanesca again).
This place is tiny, and there are only about 3 tables for dining in, many people seemed to be locals and got takeaway. By the time we had ordered and the food was ready, a table had finished up. Otherwise it's only a 4 minute walk to the beach.

Pros: Pizza fritte is amazing, with delicious garlic, Pasta puttanesca beautifully cooked and delicious

Cons: Vegan options not marked, Not many table and seats for dine in
