I had lunch here twice in July 2024. They have a meal of the day Monday through Friday and it costs $4.65 currently. Today's meal came with a bowl of soup, a small dessert, a juice drink, and the main plate that had four separate items. It had some sausage links made of beans, and quinoa, and salad, and a squash and pea stew. The meal was nutritious with lots of protein. The food was really really good and I recommend it to anyone who's in Quito. They don't offer a typical meal of the day on Saturday and Sunday but they do have a special meal that you can order, or you can just order a la carte. By the way, I arrived at 1:00 and all the tables were available, but by 1:20 all of them were occupied so don't get here too late. If you add them to your WhatsApp contacts you can check the updates page and see what their meal of the day is before you go, to make sure it's something you like.

There is a menu for 4,50. You could choose vegetarian pasta or a vegan dish: quinoa with pesto and vegan cheese on fried banana with a seitán meat and salad on this day.
Read moreThey were very cooperative and opened to create this in gluten free version for me, so they gave me champignons instead of the seitán. A vegan soup as a starter, something like potato soup (melloco from the Andes)
And a juice dessert. Also included a small juice.

Very tasty, very friendly , very open, and at all a great atmosphere. Nice furniture

You have to be very hungry when you come here. The plates are full to bursting. I was a little disappointed by the lack of seasoning, but that's a matter of taste.

This spacious veggie restaurant serves an affordable and filling vegan almuerzo as well as an extensive menu that will make your mouth water. It has traditional Ecuadorian dishes as well as sandwiches, pizza, desserts, bread, and snacks. There is a cute clothing store connected the restaurant as well as an organic shop that sells a lot of incredible menstrual tools like reusable pads, menstrual journals, menstrual cups, and more. This is a great place to buy vegan-friendly and organic shampoo, soap, conditioner, toothpaste, low-waste body products/household products and more. They don’t have a complete breakfast menu but you can order juice, coffee, tamales, and empanadas before lunch.

Vegetarian restaurant but all dishes can be made vegan on request. Cheap, delicious and enormous portions. The setting is very nice and the staff is friendly. Restaurant is part of an organic shop (they have tempeh!) and there is a yoga studio.

I was pleasantly surprised by the number of vegan options and the awesome flavors of each dish. It is mostly vegan (yay!) and they have a great selection of vegan cakes too -- so glad not to be forgotten in the dessert department as sometimes happens in vegetarian places. They are really affordable too! The little shop has a nice selection of natural and (mostly) plastic-free toiletries, and they even sell a selection of tempeh made from different types of beans! Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Wow, just wow. Ordered from Uber eats, and food was AMAZING. Ordered the vegan pizza and a vegan burger. Both were super good, especially the pizza with mock cheese.

Tasty lunch menu and nice shop - Edit
The lunch menu was vegan and very tasty. The price was fine too. The menu contained fresh juice, water with refill, a soup, a salad bar, a main plate and a dessert. Definitely recommended!
