My Favorite Mexican Food

We used to frequent Don Juan’s before we made the switch to plant based eating. Learned today that they will adjust anything on the menu to support vegans, except the rice. So excited that we can continue to eat here. The salsa is AMAZING! Loved my vegetable chimichanga and black beans.
