Most of the bakery goods are vegan. The packaged cookies are marked V and they will let you know what is vegan behind the counter.

Best Pasticciotti ever - Edit
My visit to Dolce&Salute in Galatina was a true palate-pleaser. As you can see from the photo, the pasticciotto was so irresistible that it had practically vanished before I could even capture it.

📌I highly recommend making a stop in Galatina to savor the delights of this family-run pastry shop. Beyond the exceptional food, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is attentive to customer needs.

Almost everything is vegan! Would give five stars and don't know why it's not possible because everything is vegetarian and mostly vegan. They have the best vegan Pasticciotto and lots of other vegan (and gluten-free) goodies!

Top quality typical pastries made with almonds (pasta di mandorle), very good cakes, sweets, croissants, biscuits, bread. They perfectly know what vegan means and have won different prizes for vegan patisserie.

Best cake ever. I celebrated my birthday with a Baldi cake which was the greatest cake I have ever tried. Vegan pasticciotti are absolute delicious. Scrumptious creations, prepared from professional pastry chefs. Do NOT miss this place!!!

Read moreOttima pasticceria, delicata e raffinata. La stragrande maggioranza dei prodotti è vegana ( per lo meno il giorno in cui sono andato io). Peccato non poter accompagnare i prodotti con un tè o caffè all'interno della pasticceria in quanto non effettuano caffetteria. Consigliata.
