Great vegan pancakes and place - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised to see Dolce had Vegan Buckwheat Pancakes. I avoided using sugary maple syrup by adding orders of blueberries and strawberries. The whole-grain buckwheat was flavorful. Delicious. My Green Smoothie was oddly filling. Drip coffee and free refill fine. For dining in, order at counter and find a seat. Server brings food. Does not accept reservations. Indoor and outdoor tables. Parking spaces scarce on a Waterfront Farmers' Market Sunday. Some dessert-type crepe entrees also vegan. Has vegan espresso drinks. A great breakfast or brunch!

Great vegan and gluten free breakfast options - Edit
Dolce is an adorable little cafe in Kingston NY. I had a relaxing breakfast on a quiet weekend in the Hudson River Valley. The atmosphere was eclectic and very homey. The staff was friendly and the soy latte was smooth and creamy. Just the thing at 8 am! I ordered vegan and gluten free pancakes with a side of fruit. They were so large and fluffy that I was astounded! Mine never look like that! Definitely a must if you're in the area and in the mood for a large and leisurely breakfast!
