We came here on a Friday night as going to see a concert. The location is good and handy for the centre, we found it easily. The vibe inside was nice and bright with a plant wall behind frosted glass at the end. The staff were helpful. Enjoyed the Teller plate very much. Food came quickly and was tasty. Restaurant filled up quite quickly as the evening started.

Read moreI wasn’t sure about the spicy sauce so asked for it in a pot instead of being coated . The portions were so big we ended up taking half of it home.
Would want to go back and try the burgers instead.

I had Döner Summer on my list of places to visit for a while, so the expectations were high, and I'm pleased to say it hit the spot. I struggled to choose what I wanted to eat because everything sounded amazing, so I asked the server for a recommendation and ended up going for the Bad Girl teller. It looked and tasted amazing, and the portion was massive. I wish I lived closer so I could eat my way through the entire menu, and I'll definitely be back.

Doner Summer has transformed greasy drunk food into a gourmet delight with their amazing kebabs. Their vegan take on this indulgent fare is both innovative and delicious. The restaurant's aesthetic is always inviting and enhances the dining experience. I'm especially sad that their Sheffield branch has closed, as it was a favorite spot for enjoying their exceptional creations.

Wasn't good. Totally different staff of course, how it goes.
Take-away service seemed to have taken over. We had to send one main course back as it was cold and not fresh. The cook did come out to apologise so credit for that.
The service was variable - of the two staff working one was very pleasant, the other seemed like she couldn't wait for us to eat up and leave.
We were the last table but it was a double birthday celebration. The more-bored server eventually walked over when we were finishing our drinks after the meal - didn't look at me or speak, entered the bill and put down the card machine in front of me and just stood there. It ranks amongst the worse service I've ever encountered and won't be going back.
Your mileage may vary... eat quick and don't delay the staff ?

Brilliant venue, decent tunes, lovely staff and great food.
Had a really nice evening at DS. The Korean Teller tray is head-nodding mmmm tasty. Can’t wait to visit again. Menus are online if you want to have a browse. Booking recommended for weekends I’d say.
The food is pretty healthy I reckon lots of fresh veg in most things.

Read moreWe shared the combo platter (fried chick'n, skin on fries, pickles, slaw and Korean 2.0 sauce) and the what's garlic in French burger, which were all excellent.
We also ordered a few house craft 1/2 pints and a soft flossi, which were refreshing.
Great staff and nice vibe. There's the junk food craving satisfied for a few months...

When Doner Summer closed in Sheffield my heart broke... It was so nice to get my fix again! Had the garlic chick'n parm, and we also had the bad gal and salt and pepper fries. Tasty, filling and loved the sauces on the side -hunny mustard particularly dreamy !!

I had never heard of this chain and I was visiting Leeds and it was recommended . I went with colleagues (non vegan) and we all enjoyed the food . I had the buttermylk chicken and the flavours and textures were delicious.

I’d love to give a 5 star review, because the food was sensational and well presented, however the service was disappointing. Staff seemed irritated when we came in to eat rather than ordering to takeaway and a 12.5% service charge was added to the bill despite the service being minimal in the first place. The only time our server seemed happy was when they were joking around with their colleagues.
