I got the bee hoon plate and added the seaweed tofu roll and some extra cabbage and some kind of mushroom thing. I wasn’t really sure what I was doing but it all tasted great and the people working were so nice!

Tiong Bahru market stall: tasty variety, kind owners - Edit
The best variety of foods are early in the morning, huge choice of various noodles, vegetables including broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower. Delicious smoky flavour, there is s good variety of tofu, soy and gluten used in seaweed rolls. Cutlets and rolls. Very nice owners, who are generous with portions and prices, some of the best priced Vegan food in Tiong Bahru.
