The cheese is a matter of taste

While it's nice to have the option, their cheese didn't fully convince me. I cannot fully recommend the pizza margherita, where it is the main ingredient, but it was doing better in the pizza giardino, where it mainly added texture. You'll have to try yourself if you prefer this cheese or a cheese-less pizza.
