Vegan options - Edit
This group used to have a separate vegan menu, but since covid vegan options are integrated into the menu. I had a lovely vegan lentil lasagne with side salad, very impressed and the staff are very attentive.

Gone downhill? - Edit
I came here for dinner, partly on the reviews found here. The separate vegan menu is no longer available and the options on the main menu are limited and unclearly labelled. I was told vegan options were labelled v or ve - and basic things like chips were labelled v. I couldn’t be bothered to go through them all for clarity, as the serving staff apparently weren’t in the best mood. My food (veg Penang curry) was very tasty but arrived luke warm. I returned it and another came back hot, but half the size. I’m not a fussy customer, but this was disappointing. Worth noting there is a calorie count against each dish on the menu - handy for me, but may be an issue for some.

Good selection - Edit
I've been going to Dick Hudsons since I was a kid so its nice to still be able to visit and there be a nice selection of vegan options. They haven't got loads, but enough. I had the special which was Roasted Cauli and giant couscous - great to have something a bit different than your standard burger you normally get at pubs!

Cosy moor pub with a vegan menu. - Edit
A cosy, country-style pub with open fires and views over the beautiful moors. Accommodating, cheerful staff and a dedicated menu of vegan options filling an A4 page. The choice means that this is a good choice for taking your non-vegan friends to for a meal everyone enjoys along with a pint or two.

Very impressed - Edit
It was fantastic to have a whole vegan menu to choose from. This pub is lovely. Cosy, dog and child friendly. I had the tomato tart. The pastry was gorgeous. And an apple pie for dessert with raspberry sauce. My mum had the vegan curry which she said was amazing and she is a meat eater. Worth a visit.
