Damn!

I had pesto zucchini noodles and the vegan Caesar salad and it was phenomenal! Not only that, the waiter had the best personality and i kind of wanted to adopt him! Highly recommend this place. It's in a beautiful area.

Interesting Vegan options

I had the raw lasagna. I was impressed. I am a vegan chef, do I went in with limited almost nonexistent expectations of success.
The dish was executed/put together well. Flavors were balanced. The ricotta coins have been a little smother in texture.
I believe they could be better on their other dishes as the curried vegetables that weren’t to be raw wasn’t anywhere near a curry dish and was far too salty as reported by a member of my party.
Their attempt at roasted Brussels sprouts provide a clear lesson on how not to roast. The sprouts were edible, but not really roasted and the kale bed they sat on showed how using a broiler to East will only burn the kale.
Again unless people request the dishes ( this means visit the restaurant) they cannot improve. So go visit, post snd encourage them to offer more vegan/veg. Whole food plant based options.

Pros: Limited selection , Raw options, Mixed group of eaters csn eat together

Cons: Inexperienced chef, Limited selection

Very Healthy and Nutritious Vegan Options

My wife and I try to eat at Diamondback weekly. There are half a dozen vegan options on the menu as well as a special on many nights. The kitchen will adapt items to be vegan if possible. The staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are fair given the quality and quantity of dishes. Most important of all: the food is delicious.

Pros: Creative wholesome dishes, not overly salted, Casual but upscale feel with full bar, Friendly and caring staff

Cons: Beyond burger and quinoa only substantial proteins

Delicious

Went to Diamondback on a Monday when they have extra plant based options. They do normally have a few options and were knowledgeable and happy to tell me which items were vegan or could be made vegan. I got the grilled veggie risotto and it was delicious!

Pros: Knowledgeable, Friendly , Vegan and omnivore options

Cons: A little pricy for some items, All plant based Monday specials are not vegan

Awesome Vegan food

We love Diamondback Grill! They have wonderful Vegan options every week. They can accommodate most request since they make everything in house. I highly recommend!

Pros: Great staff, Great food, Fun atmosphere

Cons: Kinda off the main roads

Evolving menu

This place has really done an overhaul of their menu. It’s getting much better and they have unique vegan options to choose from other than the typical beyond burger. If you’re looking for food and a drink, this place is worth checking out

Beautiful and local vegan options

I usually cook at home because so few restaurants give me what I want. Here I got flavor and a happy full tummy! The kitchen really understands dietary restrictions. The decor will take you back a few years but the food is up to date!

Pros: Local sourcing , Compassionate staff, Willing and flexible kitchen

Cons: Off the beaten path so use your gps, Can be crowded

Hidden gem

Well established restaurant with great food. I had the portobello burger and it was divine. The waiter was very helpful when it came to adapting non vegan dishes.
