Surprisingly good and great value

I was first skeptical at my spouse‘s suggestion, but this isn’t too shabby for a chain without a big veg emphasis.
With the build your own bar you can put a tasty and filling burrito/bowl/tacos etc. together. Their tofu is pretty nice and well made! As is the guacamole.
The only thing I stay away from is the rice because I saw a few meat chunks in there when the server stirred it at our first visit. It probably slid in from the neighboring bowl, but yeah.
Staff are usually nice and it’s a really affordable option. They totally overdo it with the amount of chips they give with the meals, but I think that’s kinda their brand :)

Pros: Friendly staff, Tofu option, Really affordable

Cons: Saw meat in rice one visit

Big Burritos and Tasty Guac

As with any build your own burrito place, there are lots of options, but I'm glad this local chain has tofu! There are two kinds of rice both good for vegans to eat. The chips are light and crispy, and the guacamole is amazing. Reminds me of Willy's in Atlanta (though Willy's tofu is more flavorful). The tea is also excellent, which is important to me!

Pros: Customizable, Clean and comfortable, Charging stations at the tables

Cheap, tasty tex mex

Diablo's is my favorite build your own tex-mex place in town. It's tofu, salsa, gauc and veggies are better than Barberitos or Moes. Their veggies seem much fresher than the other places. Their chips are so yummy - super thin and always seem fresh baked.

Pros: vegan options, gauc is really good - add a good bit, salsa bar on point

Cons: no mushrooms
