Satan's Sandwiches - Edit
The No. 7 (the only vegan sandwich) includes grilled house seitan, sesame slaw, and chile-garlic BBQ sauce. I liked the seitan and the roll, but not the sauce or the secret cilantro.

Vegan Options! - Edit
Though Devil's Dill only offers one fully-vegan sandwich on their menu (the #7), I've had informative correspondence with their owner about being able to substitute on their other sandwiches & am happy to report many side/additional items (such as their potato salad, sautéed kale, tomato jam, & cherry pepper relish) are also vegan-friendly. If you substitute seitan & omit cheese, the main other item to avoid is their aioli. I appreciate their transparency & the ease of substituting, not to mention their swift & low-priced delivery option!
