Vegan Poffertjes - Edit
The tomato soup is vegan and they have vegan batter for the Poffertjes. The soup was delicious with greens inside. The bread is not vegan, contains egg. The Poffertjes were really good!! The vegan option is without whipped cream and sorbet instead of ice cream.

Poffertjes!! - Edit
On request they will make the poffertjes (tiny little pancakes) vegan, just ask for it. You can order lots of options, especially the fresh fruit or with jelly/jam are really delicious. The salty options arn't vegan though (due to eggs, bacon and cheese etc.)

Delish surprise - Edit
We were very lucky to find this place, and had some delicious pancakes. They can make a gluten, egg and milk-free batter on demand.

Little tiny vegan pancakes - Edit
I had delightful little tiny vegan pancakes at this restaurant two blocks from the Lillehammer train station. Mine had apples (sauce), banana, and strawberries. We saw Santa.

Worth a stop if youre feeling pancakes - Edit
They have a few vegan options, though their best looking ones arent vegan. I wound up making something vegan by removing cream. It was alright, though less pancakey than I was hoping for.
