Very authentic and flavorful - Edit
I stopped in here to get my Indian fix and they did not disappoint. This is a very simple restaurant, where you order at the counter and you pick up plastic utensils and paper plates. They bring the food out in paper containers. The food is Northern Indian/Punjabi. It’s made fresh to order. I got saag aloo, aloo gobi, and dal maharani. All were great. There are vegan sections on the menu. I’ll be back.😄

So Flavorful - Edit
After craving Indian food for weeks, I finally was able to try Desi Tadka, and it absolutely hit the spot. We ordered roti, the Aloo Gobhi, and Kala Chana Curry (I believe… it was a chickpea dish). The veggie/potato dish was good, but the chickpea dish we ordered was so flavorful. The serving sizes were generous, and there was plenty of food for two people, plus leftovers. The person working was very friendly, vegan aware, and helped me order. The food also came out fast, and there was an extensively labeled vegan menu. I am still thinking about that chickpea dish; oh, how I miss it!

Best authentic Indian - Edit
My absolute very favorite Indian grill. Everything I ate here for a year was delicious, fresh and exquisitely spiced. It’s vegetarian but there are many vegan options. Their bread is a must to have.
