Inventive & unique flavours - Edit
Some flavours are over-the-top and maybe not even delicious as ice creams, but for adventurous people very recommended. I tried the vegan tomato basil, which was kinda weird, but very creamy, but the cherry-green apple and strawberry basil ice cream were pretty nice.

Vegan waren nur die Sorbets und die zwei, dich ich probiert habe, waren mir viel zu süß. Selbst wenn man das Eis in der Waffel bestellt bekommt man ungefragt einen Plastiklöffel.

Here you can try new ice cream flavours you've not had before! There's one that tastes like beer (I didn't like it, but beer lovers might) They could have more vegan options tbh, that's why only 4 stars but they still have a good amount of vegan ice cream. Another plus: you can always get a free big spoon of another flavour you want to try.

This place only sells a few vegan options and the ice cream is not really high quality. Better choose ice date if you're in Schwabing. Ice date is completely vegan and organic, the creaminess of the ice cream comes from cashews and its only sweetened with dates. It's way better than Der Verrückte Eismacher!

Usually there are not a lot of options for vegans aside from a chocolate sorbet. It's nice but nothing special so I usually go to ice date instead.

If you want to try out something totally crazy on your waffle or your ice cream cup this one's for you. The have the funniest sorts of ice creams you can find. Because of that, the shop is known all throughout the country. But be careful, because not everything is vegan (The vegan sorts are especially pointed out on signs.

Maybe the best ice cream in Munich - Edit
I love ice cream and I've probably tried every single one in Munich. Der Verrückte Eismacher is one of my favourite!! It's perfectly creamy and you can really taste what's inside. As a vegan, I'm happy I can order chocolate ice cream and not only fruit sorbet.

I tried the chocolate ice cream, it was ok. Nothing spectacular. They do have some vegan icecreams, but not lots. I find IceDate a lot better, even if you're not vegan.

Das Eis ist gut, allerdings war der verrückte Eismacher einmal ein Geheimtipp. Jetzt sind da einfach zu viele Leute und selbst wenn man ein Eis in der Waffel nimmt, bekommt man eine Serviette und einen Plastiklöffel zum probieren dazu. man muss sich mal überlegen, wie viel Müll da zusammenkommt.
