Vegetarian, not vegan - Edit
I noticed the menu said "vegetarian option" and not "vegan option", so I asked about it. I was told that all buns have dairy in it. Also the Beyond Burger advertised online isn't available at the airport location. So there may be one option, the homey dog which uses a tortilla and not a bun but I would inquire about the dog being vegan as I never confirmed that. Also ask for no cheese, etc.
Read moreI will say that for vegetarians this would be a good spot and staff seemed knowledgeable albeit there is always a degree of trust required.

Cons: No vegan options, Kinda messy to bring on plane

The hotdog was good. The vegetables on it were all fresh and tasty!
Read moreDon't forget to tell them you want to make it vegan. The big green "V" on the menu items posted next to the to-go window threw me off. It was after the order was made that I realized everything was labeled V, but vegan was a substitute to be requested. The guy working was super cool and replaced my hotdogs free of charge.
Prices were excellent for a Metropolitan airport in 2024!

Quick and easy airport food - Edit
We lucked out with this Steve’s location across from our gate at Denver Airport. They have vegan hot dogs and from the look of their menu they could make other things like grilled cheese or veggie burgers vegan as well. I do wish they had a vegan breakfast option, as it was morning time, but I was still thankful to find anything plant-based that was somewhat substantial and actually worth eating before a long flight. We got the vegan hot dogs which were fine but a bit overpriced (to be expected at the airport). But definitely glad to know this place exists!
