What a beautiful place!!! - Edit
So glad I found this!!! Suitable for vegans and non vegans, so take your friends too! I had the chickpea waffles for breakfast and absolutely loved them! Very filling!

After eating junk thus far on vacation, I decided to opt for something healthy and hydrating. I ordered the super bowl and watermelon hydrator. The bowl was super delicious with fresh food added on top. The watermelon hydrator was super refreshing as well.

Had the Raw Pesto, Nobl Burger, and Berry Perfect Smoothie. The Raw Pesto (over raw zucchini noodles) was a miss. I understand pesto is a pricier thing to make fresh but I would’ve enjoyed if it had the zucchini noodles tossed in the pesto or something else flavoring the plain raw zucchini noodles. On the other hand, the Nobl Birger was definitely a hit. Nice fresh ingredients and a tasty burger patty on a brioche bun is pretty all that’s needed, and that it had. My favorite was the beet based dip for the sweet potatoes. Ketchup is ok, but that beet sauce was fresh and tasty. I usually don’t comment on smoothies unless they’re good, and that applies to Berry Perfect. A slightly sweet and cream taste was sufficient.

Read moreIt would be so easy for this place to go fully vegan. Almost their entire menu is on point.
Anyhow, we ordered vegan waffles and coffee at our hotel. The delivery time was quick enough, and the portions were larger than most in Miami Beach for the price.
No complaints, really. Great food! The coffee flavors are awesome!

I got the Vegan pad thai and Rocket fuel smoothie. If your looking for a smoothie that is not sweet and is heavy on the almond butter with a hint of banana this one’s for you.
Read moreOn the other hand, the pad thai was good. The noodles were smooth and perfectly cooked. The sauce was not spicy but added quality flavor.
The ambiance of the restaurant was rustic and the atmosphere was great. The employees were friendly and patient. The food was ready in no time.
The take out containers were certified compostable.
