While Castres does not seem to offer many vegan restaurants, we had a delicious meal at Délices d'Asie! Reservation beforehand is recommended at least in summer. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Because they do not speak English and my French is not good at all, I pointed a vegetarian dish and showed a sentence translated via google translate asking if this dish can be made vegan with no eggs and no milk and it worked perfectly:-) If it was a vegan place, I would give 5 stars.
