It is difficult to find a good vegan breakfast

The one default vegan breakfast item, the "Vegan Breakfast Plate" is great.

House ranchero marinated tofu, seared and topped with sauteed zucchini, spinach, mushrooms, charry tomatoes, and artichoke hearts Finished with avocado, pico de gallo, and balsamic glaze.

Pros: Great vegan breakfast, Nice atmosphere

Cons: Limited vegan options
