Nothing to write home about - Edit
No labeled vegan breakfast option, but for lunch a lentil soup was offered. You may find some other (unlabeled) plant based food in the shop section, like chips or the not so tasty pre-made hummus sandwich I tried. The same as what's sold in the Village Store next door. They offer plant milk for coffee, so worth a visit if you're looking for that.

Good WFPB options - Edit
After backpacking 25+ miles along the John Muir Trail with my 12-year-old son over the prior 4 days, we sought WFPB options. We shared a couple of the most calorie-dense options at Degnan's Kitchen - a hummus sandwich from their grab-and-go fridge and a hummus wrap (customized without cheese to be vegan) from the grill. Both tasted amazing after days of mostly freeze-dried meals so we scarfed them down before taking pictures! The price was also quite reasonable compared to other restaurants in the valley. I'll certainly be back for fresh food after future hikes in Yosemite!
