Can’t believe it’s a chain - Edit
We have eaten and had smoothies here about 5 times over the 3 weeks we have been in Hanover. The service and freshness of the food is absolutely amazing, we can’t believe it is a chain. The smoothies are all blended fresh to order and the food is all made fresh too. We have just had a mint and ginger tea made fresh with whole ginger and mint leaves rather than a tea bag too we can’t believe it! This is quality we would expect from a small independent cafe not a chain. There’s lots of vegan options all clearly labelled too on an English menu (2-3 curries, 2 or 3 different salad bowls, a wrap and loads of fresh smoothies and juices) and they always bring our doggie a water bowl too and she’s allowed inside.

Went here for breakfast but can imagine this place is nicer for a quick lunch /dinner. They didn’t have a lot of vegan options for breakfast (sandwiches at least) and it’s all pre-made. It tasted alright, but nothing special. Can imagine there are cosier places to go for breakfast than this place.

Pros: Restaurant is quite large so plenty of room to sit, Relatively quick service , They serve oat milk without extra charge :)
Cons: You have to order at the counter , And pick it up + throw your litter away yourself , Not many vegan sandwich options + small sandwiches

ordered vegan, received chicken - Edit
I ordered a plant based bowl online and received what looked and tasted very much like chicken. After one bite I felt unsure (as you know: mock meat nowadays looks insanely convincing!).

I was then asked to order again and they would cancel my first order.
I did not feel like ordering again and don’t feel like ever doing so in the future.

The Menu has clearly labelled vegan & vegetarian options. Big positive that they label the vegan options as «most planet friendly», and that other dishes can be veganized with vegan chicken - without extra charge.
