Some options but not great - Edit
Nice hotel with some vegan options but not a lot. Has vegan cheese for pizza, one pasta dish and a vegan burger. Breakfast has a few options, vegan sausages are available if in stock. They offer soya milk upon request, some cereals, hash browns, beans, tomato, fruit, toast and jams.

Good Range Of Vegan Food - Edit
They label vegan options with a VE and staff are knowledgeable on how to adapt other dishes to. I had the vegan starter of Morroccon cous cous, vegan crackers, arctic flatbread and chilli hummus which was honestly so delicious- an amazing starter! For main I had the listed vegan option of smoked chargrilled tofu with vermicelli noodles and shiitake mushrooms in Asian broth this was also very yummy, the tofu was cooked perfectly and so were the mushrooms and broccoli! The main was a little bit too salty for my liking however it was handalable, and it was definitely possible to over look this factor as everything else about it was near perfection! Gourmet vegan food! I wish they had a good vegan desert option but I mean with the other options I can't complain much!

Breakfast options on buffet is also good like a large fruit bar, soy milk, baked beans and hash browns.
The restauraunt itself is called The Brasserie
