Love the Ramen!! - Edit
Only place I have found vegan Birrias Ramen. The tacos are great too. It is all a little heavy though.

Wow what a let down - Edit
I would give this two and a half stars because 2 seemed to harsh I gave it a three. Seems like so much potential and the lady running the truck was so nice. I couldn't be more let Down with such a promising menu, I got the birro tacos, the Carne qeusailla and a vanilla late. All were a total let down, it was fake meat and cheese that's it... HOW ABOUT SOME VEGGIES/pico ANYTHING. It wasn't bad but not anything you can't make at home with three ingredients in 5 minutes. If they are going this basic with the items, it's a bit expensive. I feel complainy but It wasn't great.

Great new vegan food truck! - Edit
I was happily surprised to see this new food truck pop up on Happy Cow and had to check it out. The food was good, and a good location. I'll definitely be going back.

What a let down - Edit
Came to Raleigh to shop. After that I was starving. And as I live in Greensboro vegan Latin food is non existent. I put my order in on postmates for pick up and I take off to drive there. I get to the wrong location that postmates sent me to and when I pull over to check where they are I get a notification that they cancelled my order. Boo on you De Plantas! Way to let me down.
