Like a home kitchen - Edit
I had the tempeh japchae and it was absolutely spot on. Also had this watermelon-flavoured coconut water which was unusual but very nice indeed. Seems like a small-scale affair with everything prepped à la minute, very charming, and I'll definitely be going back.

Great food - Edit
This place is a one woman show and the dishes are amazing. I tried the beef bulgogi and zenzai with mochi for dessert. My friend tried the miso soup on the side. Everything was great, the beef bulgogi was quite a big portion. Excited to go back and try more dishes on the menu!

Cute little restaurant not too far off from the center with great, friendly service and amazing vegan Korean food - a trip to Amsterdam isn't complete without a soy bulgogi bowl!

Great Meal! - Edit
This is a fabulous little restaurant we found our first night in Amsterdam. We spoke with a local couple who have takeaway each week and they said it is worth the wait. They were correct! My husband and I took their recommendation and had the Beefy Bulgogi. Each dish is prepared to order. Wonderful flavors and generous proportions, we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Although it is a vegan restaurant, I believe non-vegans who enjoy Asian cuisine would enjoy any of the meals offered and should give it a try.

Pros: Entire menu is vegan , Great tasting food, Made to order

This unassuming little spot makes such delicious Korean and Japanese food! It's super cozy, too, and although the lady seems angry at first she's actually quite sweet.

Rich authentic Korean cuisine - Edit
Absolutely delicious authentic Korean food, and vegan! Some of the best Korean food I've ever had. I recommend the cheese dakgalbi, full of rich spicy flavour, and the sweet yuzu tea (hot). The atmosphere inside is also very nice and chic, modern and relaxing. Call in advance for a table because it can be quite busy. They will also open earlier if you call.

Amazing Korean food by a lovely owner - Edit
the owner of this restaurant is the sweetest woman you could imagine. She deserves a lot of success with De Patchka not only because of her lovely character but the amazing food. So happy to have such a delicious vegan korean/Japanese round my corner. Will be returning many times especially for that Spicy Kimchi Ramen! Amazing quality for a kitchen run by only one person. Makes it in the smaller side but that adds to it charm. Great prices as well for dishes cooked with love.

Nice - Edit
Small quirky place that looks a bit like an art gallery. They have limited seating to eat there, it's more takeaway focussed and they serve the food in takeaway containers even for dine in. Menu is a little confusing and chaotic. Food is lovely, it's not cheap but tastes great. (Also I don't think it's 100% vegan as they have kimchi with fish sauce for takeaway.) Overall a nice place!
