Devine christmas menu

We have had several products from the goede zaak. Their speciality is seitan, we have used it to make a stew, which was also appreciated by the omnivores. Their spreads are also very tasty.

This New Year's eve we had their special menu, which was very tasty! The snacks included very tasty spiced popcorn, rosemary cracker with cauliflower cream and pakora with red onion. The roasted pumpkin soup with saffron was very tasty. Those dishes were enjoyed by everyone. We, vegans, had additionally also the main course and dessert. An original menu, with a great combination of textures and flavours!
