Amazing!

Everything was great! They were very respectful of making requested accommodations of our table for subbing Tofu. Definitely recommend, as this is a great spot to enjoy some delicious cuisine that is off the beaten bath in the Spokane area.

Fresh vegan options

The owner has a solid understanding of what vegan means, as it pertains to food... she understands the nuances of hidden ingredients and shared cooking spaces, and she is almost always there. That being said, her staff may not. Dishes are marked on the menu, but they can veganize most items. We have eaten food from this restaurant at least 20 times in the last few years, and with the exception of one poor delivery by a third party, our food has always been hot and fresh. This is well prepared food with delicious flavors that is available "off the beaten path." It is definitely worth a little jaunt to Airway if you'd like to try something new.

Pros: Owner knows vegan, Fresh produce, Custom/veganizable

Cons: Staff may need instruction and confirmation

They don't know what vegan means

Even after specifying vegan, the brought the dish full of chicken. They acknowledged their mistake and brought the dish back with fish sauce instead. Avoid this place.
