Varias opciones veganas con bonitas vistas - Edit
Tienen varias opciones. Además algunas de ellas están señaladas con una V, lo que significa que son platos que se pueden veganizar. No está mal para lo poco que hay en Iquitos.

A beautiful view - Edit
As there is not so many options in Iquitos, I wanted to try this place. I ordered a lemonade and vegetables steamed with quinoa. The main was good, but a bit expensive for me.

Options, not great. - Edit
The menu is overwhelming, definitely promoted as the most popular place for vegan options in the area, they are known for their ayahuasca menu. We ordered a few items to share to try a little bit of everything. We enjoyed the cold acai soup and "best vegan taco".

A good place for breakfast - Edit
Had the green bowl which was basically a green smoothie in a bowl topped with granola and nuts. It was good but I expected more ingredients I had to chew... Still one of the best options for vegans I'd say, especially for breakfast.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan and gluten free options, Card payment without extra charge

Not great - Edit
I decided to go because there are not many vegan options in Iquitos. The menu has too many things, it's overwelming. Most options are vegetarian, not vegan, but you can omit some ingredients. I tried the vegan causa and it tasted nothing like the real thing, the potato was bland, I think they don't use salt. I'm not sure if I'd go back, it's pricey.

amazing healthy vegan food! - Edit
We actually loved it so much here that we came back several times. They have so so many vegan options, pages long! I especially enjoyed having their amazing smoothie bowls in the morning, perfect consistensy, healthy ingredients and big portions. The causa vegana was so delicious too. Service is really friendly and chill and the views on the Amazon are priceless!😍 100% recommended!

Great view - Edit
This place has a very extensive menu. Vegan options, Ayahausca diet menu and vegetarian. You’re sure to find something to suit your needs here. Great view of the river as it sits right on the pier.

Trato amable. Comimos causa vegana y tacu Tacu vegano con maduro (platano frito). Es difícil encontrar esta comida (tacu Tacu) en versión vegana así que estábamos felices. El plato era abundante incluso para compartir

Good smoothies, small portion, expensive - Edit
I tried to get the quinoa burger, but it has egg in the patty. Bummer. Got the chickpea sandwich instead. The bread was a thin, hard roll and they had no avocado.
Read moreFunny that they charge s/3.5 for added avocado, but when they dont have it for a meal that comes with it they dont subtract 3.5 from your meal.
Overpriced boring food.
I did like their coconut milk smoothie tho!

Great tasting food, although quite pricy compared to many other restaurants in Iquitos I find it’s worth it. They also have a section in the menu for ayahuasca friendly food.

Great Smoothies and food - Edit
The restaurant is beautifully located at the pier. They have a wide choice of great smoothies. Their french fries are super handmade and great. The superfood salad is rich and there is more to explore. It is a bit expensive for Iquitos, but the quality of food is really good.

Nice view, many vegan options, but not very flavorful - Edit
The view at the riverfront is amazing and at first we were stunned by all the vegan options. We had the 3 burritos and a falafel sandwich. The waiters spoke very good English and were friendly. The juices were pretty good, but unfortunately the food wasn't very flavorful and the portions were rather small. We expected a little bit more for the price and would recommend going to Bananas which isn't far away and offers a 3 course menu for only 15 Soles.

Expensive and not tasty - Edit
From all the places on Happy Cow in Iquitos, this was apparently the only one open after 19:00. For 50 soles (which is a lot here) we had each a fancy, flower-shaped, colored but tasteless potato-veggies puree thing, just one small portion of fried sweed potatoes and one 600ml beer. From the menu description, we expected a plate full of goodies, but it was actually just this tasteless puree mix thing. The waiter was not smart enough as to read us, make recommendations etc., he was completely dull and purposeless.

Good vegan options! - Edit
Was nice to go somewhere with quite a few vegan options (and lots of veggie ones!). I had the fajita without sour cream. They didn’t have avocados when I went so couldn’t have guacamole but the fajita was good! My papaya juice wasn’t that tasty. They have soya milk too for coffee!

Nice food but expensive by local prices - Edit
They have a wide range of foods and food that is vegan is marked so with vegan options also often available. The food is really nice - the breakfasts and smoothies at least from what I tried and ingredients are fresh. But it is quite expensive by local prices. Nevertheless it seems like quite a go to place for tourists and with the provision of the Aya diet quite a safe place to go. Didn't find it very friendly i.e. not easy to find yourself chatting to folk. Unfortunately it is not veg*n and I'd rather support other places that are.

Really expensive sandwich with salad - Edit
Ordered a sandwich with hummus and it tasted od but was too small for the price, my boyfriend ordered a sandwich which ended up being just a small flat bread with salad, it was quite dry and tasteless. Coffee was also expensive and not really good. Atmosphere is not nice, people are at the door trying to sell you things all the time and inside the tables were really close together. It also didn't feel very clean. .

Clear vegan options but nothing special - Edit
Visited in June 2016.
Read moreAlthough the menu has vegan (or veganizable) dishes clearly marked; I found the dishes to be quite simple. The taste was good; but definitely not a highlight of my trip.
There is a good selection of drinks and juices, though.
The staff was very polite and attentive; and the service was rather quick.
If sitting on the terrace, you get a nice view of the river (but also people may come try sell you stuff, or, people may smoke next to you).
To be honest, the only reason I went is because it was the only place in Iquitos I found that has clearly labeled vegan food; so I was happy to eat a vegan meal without worries. However, it wouldn't hurt if they could improve their vegan selection a bit.
Pros: vegan options clearly marked, good service
Cons: food lacks creativity
