Huge portions, can feed two under $5

Portions are huge

Favourite place for South Asian take-out

Amazing home style Sri Lankan vegetarian food, made fresh continually throughout the day - so popular you have to take a number and wait in line! But it’s worth it; you can pay around $10 and get enough food for 3 people. Vegans just ask about dairy.

Pros: Fresh food, Cheap prices , Authentic/Homestyle

Cons: Small space can get crowded, Lineups at busy times

Great, Cheap, Vegan Food!!!

A lot of Indian restaurants put ghee (butter) in there food, luckily this is not one of those places! The food is great, they don't use eggs, and at this point only one item that I know of uses dairy; it's practically vegan! They sell samosas and various curries, dals, vegetable dishes, and Indian breads. The prices are amazing; you could have a great meal for $5!

The only negative point is the packaging. They use styrofoam containers, but this is easily remedied by bringing your own container.

Pros: Price, Variety, Taste

Cons: Styrofoam containers, Very greasy
