Part of buffet restaurant group in Portugal, this one est. 2017. Self service style. Offers an all-vegan spread with a variety of of dishes for lunch and dinner. Beverages and dessert are separate from the buffet price.
Note May 2020: confirmed open and also offering delivery with UberEats. Open Mon-Thu 12:00-22:30, Fri-Sat 12:00-23:30, Sun 12:00-22:30.

Nous sommes retourné deux fois dans ce restaurant qui fonctionne avec un buffet, où la cuisine s’affaire à proposer des plats en continu. L’ambiance était très agréable le premier soir avec un concert de Fado.

Prix un peu élevés pour le Portugal,
On se sent un peu serrés en raison du succès et des nombreuses tables.

Buffet economico con vasta scelta - Edit
Ci siamo stati due volte in due giorni.. Abbiamo apprezzato l'ampia scelta di pietanze del buffet, sia a pranzo che a cena;dalle torte salate alle verdure a riso e cous-cous, tutto molto buono! Altro lato positivo è che con il buffet non si deve aspettare di essere serviti (qui in Portogallo sono abbastanza lunghi dappertutto con i tempi). Possibilità anche di farsi delle vaschette per il takeaway. Abbiamo provato anche le pasteis de nata e, avendo assaggiato anche le originali non vegane, posso dire che sono praticamente identiche! Pagato 9,90€ a persona (bevande e dolci esclusi) e quindi molto economico. Lo staff l'abbiamo trovato gentile e pronto ad aiutare ( bisogna chiamarli però, non aspettatevi che vengano loro da voi)

We went here once for the buffet, and then went again planning to order off the menu instead but you could only get the buffet in the evening so we left. It’s good if you’re hungry but expensive if you don’t want a huge meal. Lovely that it is all vegan which means you can dig into everything without worrying. Wine is about 9€ a bottle.

I went twice to eat the buffet (lunch & diner). There is a lot of choice, simple meals and more sophisticated ones. 100% vegan. There are veggies, pies, soup, everything is very tasty. The cakes are amazing. Prices vary depending on the time of the day (7.5€ for lunch, 9.5€ for diner). The place is very nice but tends to be crowded at noon. Definitely a great place for vegans.

We went here for dinner and indulged ourselves. Such a relieve not to worry about the food! And they had so much variety in the buffet! Luckily we were early as it got super busy later in the evening. Some people had to wait for a bit. I don't know if this is every evening, but it's good to be aware of the popularity of the place.

We went to DaTerra for the first time and we loved the concept. I think vegan buffets are a great way for people (specially non vegans) to consume plenty of healthy foods. They have great vegan desserts, we tried the Chocolate Tart, it was delicious. :)

The buffet offers many different tasty food. The fresh-pressed juices are delicious too. My 5 non-vegetarian friends liked it a lot. 4 of them even went there again without me once :-)

I visited Porto for a few days and could not get enough of this restaurant, both at the market in Gaia and the location in downtown Porto. The vegan dishes were tasty, versatile and very well priced. The staff were friendly and the service superb. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Large variety of delicious vegan food. It’s a buffet so you can refill your plate as many times as you like. It’s very popular so booking is recommended or be prepared that you may have to wait for a table. We went on a Tuesday night and had to wait. Inexpensive. Drinks and desserts aren’t included in buffet price but the desserts are so good! We have the banoffee pie and it was delicious but double check what is vegan and vegetarian as not all desserts are vegan.

The buffet had a lot of options, and they were constantly bringing something else from the kitchen. We can eat as much as we want, including the soup and bread. The desserts were not all vegan, but once I asked they told me exactly which of the pies and cakes were vegan. The apple pie was delicious! The buffet was 7,50 euros and the dessert was 3,50 euros. Also, friendly staff!

There is lunch buffet open (ALL you can eat) until 15hr 30 and then dinner buffet starts at 19hr 30. In between you can choose only from the burger and sandwich menu for food options but they do NOT disappoint. Both buffet times are packed, I recommend making a reservation or expecting a bit of a little wait if you go during a rush. But you can instantly tell why this place is well-loved by locals and tourists: fantastic food with extensive options for a middle of the road price.

No lock on the ladies room and no toilet paper. In the men's room the wash basin and urinal are closely next to each other. One can see your toolkit in the mirror.
Very unhygienic and shameful.
Don't let them screw up your day and please choose for the other and better veggie options in this city!

We came here on a Saturday night. There was live music in the market building and we walked through the different restaurants and stands looking for something vegetarian. Every eatery had tons of meat and fish and then we found Da Terra. My husband chose the buffet and I just had an iced ginger tea with chocolate cake. The buffet had so much food- rice and grains, curry and soup. I wasn't that hungry, but tasted the curry and some of the salads and they were delicious. The chocolate cake was good as well, but after tasting the curry, I was sorry I went for sweet and not savory. The food was quite inexpensive and definitely worth the money. We sat in the restaurant and enjoyed the music from the market and it was a great night out.
