Some Extremely healthy options, not the best tasting food but worth it for the health - Edit
I was so relieved to finally find a super healthy vegan food in Porto! They even had I think it was a daikon and cucumber salad. And none of the items have any kind of sweetener in them other than the desserts, which is so refreshing! There is a lot of wheat in their food, but there are enough options, that have no more than maybe some soy sauce in them if you can tolerate that gluten. The food is not very amazing or delicious but it’s decent and I would probably eat here every day if I lived here just because it’s so healthy there are also unhealthy options, lots of seitan and bread and stuff like that, but you don’t have to eat that

Good buffet! - Edit
I really liked the food. I do feel a bit sorry we didn't get there sooner because they did not refill most of the dishes. We went around lunch time on a workday, so keep in mind that you may not have a lot of choices when you want to eat, even though they are open.
Read moreI did however enjoy the food. I tried maybe the best tofu ever! Salads were also fenomenal!
Fresh fruit juice is a must here!

Good vegan buffet - Edit
Maybe the food could be a bit hotter. Taste was okay, I do not mind a bit more seasoning. Bakery is excellent. We will come back here. Value for money

Basic salads only - Edit
This is a lunch only place and despite all the reviews and trip advisor it’s nowhere near the best vegetarian meal you can get in Porto. The options available were 3 salads a basic mushroom pasta and a lacklustre tofu dish the rice was dry and under cooked. Okay for a light lunch. Disappointing for dinner.

Excelente buffet vegano - Edit
During our lunch visit, we were impressed by the wide array of food options, juices, and desserts 🍮. It's conveniently located and has multiple branches throughout town to choose from. The food is affordably priced, and it operates on an all-you-can-eat basis.

Slow service mediocre food - Edit
We waited over an hour for our food, it even took an hour to make 2 juices. The food was quite bland.
Read moreOne member of staff was kind and discounted the bill, but it still took an hour and a half from our morning.
They were more interested in setting up the buffet - which if we had known about, we would have ordered.

It's a buffet... So everything is lukewarm - Edit
I think the food here could be quite good if the hot food could be kept hot. There were not enough warming trays. Most items were just out on plates. The soup was extremely bland, but there was salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast at one end of the buffet that you can add to make it better.

All vegan Buffet for 12.50 euros - Edit
There are ~20 different dishes for the dinner service. They are constantly filled so nothing will run out. Very much plant based, very very little vegan meats/cheeses

Decent but not amazing - Edit
€10.50 for lunch buffet, and nothing on it came close to blowing me away. Another reviewer says cold and bland - nailed it. The afternoon menu avocado tofu scramble looked amazing but tasted meh. Their pastel de nata is by a distance the worst vegan nata I've ever had. I've been here far too many times, now I'm actually coming to review it properly I don't think I'll be back.

Great value and convenient! - Edit
Daterra has several locations in Porto. We sampled three and were very happy with each of them. It is an all you can eat buffet with a large variety of vegan dishes. The dishes are all fresh and well made and we will happily go here again. Each time, I left feeling very satisfied with the meal and the price!

Good Value, but Underwhelming Food - Edit
I was so excited to try an all vegan buffet and all of the options looked mouthwatering.
Read moreA lot of the food ended up being quite bland and lots of the options were cold. Some of the options ended to being tasty, and I like how they have different menus each day. The desserts were pretty good, particularly the carrot cake.
Desserts were separate and you need somebody to get them from a case for you. There were not any staff anywhere in site and it took 20 minutes to flag someone down.
Maybe this is a bad location because I know this is a chain, or just a bad day.

Várias opções de saladas, sopa do dia e pratos típicos de Portugal na versão vegana. Também tinham sobremesas e sucos pagos à parte. O valor era de 10,50 euros para comer livremente.

The restaurant offers an “all you can eat” buffet which is fully vegan and it’s sooo rare to find! The food quality is also good though it depends on the dish. A solid 4 out of 5 though! #Veganuary

The selection of food was really fantastic. It was tasty and varied, the soup was good and the seasoned tofu and seitan was delicious.
Read moreThe selection of desserts was brilliant, and the Portuguese (custard) Tart was absolutely beautiful!
I would highly recommend but would issue a word of caution at night. Pick pocketers are plentiful from São Bento metro station- its a short walk but be on your guard.
The restaurant itself.... First class
Pros: Portuguese Tart!, Tasty food, Really good value for money
Cons: Be careful walking from the Metro

It is a nice place, with friendly staff and good food/drinks.

Afterwards, we had burgers. I had the Chilli burger which was especially amazing, and my girlfriend had the Pea burger. Although they did not really feel like burgers and more like some sandwiches , they were great. #Veganuary
