Went here, restaurant not open. We ate next door at Viejo Agump.

Viejo Restaurant was special, food variety was extensive and more vegan/vegetarian options. A great healthy menu with lots of fresh colourful food. Very tasty and great staff

Pros: Lots of Hummus, Armenian restaurant, Lots of Vegetarian options, Lady spoke English well

One of the best vegan tasting menus I have eaten ! 7 course vegan menu .

So many bursts of flavors ! Beautifully presented and served . If you love fine dining vegan , this was the place ! Great music and atmosphere . Staff were amazing ( and spoke great English ) as my Spanish is non existent . Each course paired with great wine . Everything about it was just perfect . My husband had regular tasting menu and said it was the best dinner ever ! Highest for non vegan rating is 4 star otherwise I would have said 5 . Thank you for a fabulous experience , would highly recommend it !

Pros: Beautifully presented , 7 course vegan tasting menu, Soo many flavors

7-course vegan feast with 6 wine pairings in Buenos Aires

Dario Gualteri was amazing- one of the best vegan meals I have ever had (at a level with CrossRoads in LA and FarmSpirit in Portland, but uniquely Argentinian with our entire meal sourced and inspired locally). Note- YOU MUST EMAIL IN ADVANCE FOR A PLANT-BASED MENU. We did so and they prepared a 7-course vegan feast with 6 wine pairings*. They gave us our specially created, seasonal vegan menu (in English) when we arrived. This is higher-end; cost about $70-80 USD per person. They were incredibly accommodating. This is one of the only fine dining vegan opportunities in all of Buenos Aires.

*A note about wine: The sommelier was very conscientious so I believe the wines were vegan, but I did not confirm in advance and my ability to explain "isinglass" in Spanish was limited. If you are especially concerned about vegan wine, I would recommend explicitly stating this in your email in advance, especially if you are not a native Spanish speaker.

(Note- This particular dinner would be 5+ stars for me! Since it is not a vegetarian establishment and serves meat, however, I have given it the highest rating allowed on Happy Cow, which is four. I would not miss this if I were to go back to Buenos Aires!)
