Very cute spot with some vegan options - Edit
Try the Cecina here! It's a very simple, traditional dish made with chickpea flour - tastes very much like an omelette! Freshly made and served warm and crunchy. They also make cheeseless / marinara pizzas on request

Excellent pizza with fresh ingredients - Edit
Here I ate the best pizza on my trip through Italy from Naples to Milan. I ordered the "vegetariana" without cheese. The pizza has a perfect delicious crust and is topped with fresh vegetables (some places use canned mushrooms). The pizza bakers are also very personable. Many people take the pizza with them as there are only 6 seats in the place. The pizza is freshly prepared. We looked at the tower in Lucca with the trees on top while waiting. As in any pizzeria, the pizzas are of course always topped with cheese, but the pizza "Vegetariana" eg can be ordered without cheese.
