I always get veggie amore and it's every topping you could ever want. Veganized pizzas are visibly less greasy than the non-vegan ones so you actually feel great and can show omnis how much better the food is for you!
Pros: Easy to veganize (servers know "vegan"), Fun atmosphere, Great toppings
Cons: Several special requests if being diligent, Usually crowded

Amazing Pizza - Edit
It’s rare that I can find a pizza place that offers whole wheat crust. I was in Houston for just a few days and Dan’s Pizza was literally all I ate while I was there. So, so good! It’s not cheap, but if you go for an XL, you get a lot more for your money. #Veganuary

Dan’s pizza crust made with milk! - Edit
4 years ago, I loved Dan’s pizza and we had it regularly, but after going vegan, I just didn’t have pizza for awhile. Then I ordered a pizza with no cheese but felt sick afterward. Found out the dough has milk in it. Sadly, have not ordered now from Dan’s for 3 years and won’t again.

There's a reason this place is always packed! The food is SO delicious and the service is great too. They're pretty thoughtful with their veg options and not stingy with the vegan cheese. Not to mention the crust on the pizza is DIVINE. Do be aware though that their normal pizza sauce has parmesan in it, so ask for marinara for the full vegan substitute.
