Sweet spot - Edit
There were several baked vegan treats to tempt us and oat milk for my latte. The shop had lots of local gifts. Great impulse stop!

Great coffee and vegan baked goods, but food was not good. - Edit
I was happy to see that this place had several vegan baked goods for sale. I got the vegan coffee cake, which was delicious. My husband got the vegan brownie which was also really good, but very rich. Coffee was great, and they had oat milk. The only issue was the rest of the food…. We both got a vegan bagel sandwich that was literally just one slice of tomato, some spinach, and a ton of hummus. The bagel wasn’t even toasted. Also got the avocado toast, which was also on cold bread and did not taste good at all.

No vegan sanwiches anymore, but had lots of vegan baked goods! - Edit
My vegan family of 4 came here for vegan sandwiches, and were disappointed to not see them on the menu! After asking the cashier, she stated that they no longer have vegan grilled cheese, and that their chickpea salad is now made with regular mayo! It's possible that their hummus wrap is still vegan (I didn't ask). We were disappointed, but did notice lots of vegan baked goods. So we had to go somewhere else for lunch, but we did pick up baked goods for tomorrow's breakfast. Baked options were labelled and included: chocolate chip banana bread, blueberry lemon muffins, cinnamon roll muffins, lemon poppyseed muffins, banana nut muffins. No gluten free options for me, but my family enjoyed the lemon poppyseed muffins and cinnamon roll muffin!

Cons: fewer vegan options than stated in the description, no gluten free vegan options

Cute coffee shop/gift shop/cafe - Edit
I've visited here several times on trips to the Gorge. For lunch, there are at least three vegan options. The choices were vegan grilled cheese, a hummus wrap, or a chickpea salad wrap.
Read moreI always choose the chickpea salad, which is made with cranberries and walnuts. I confirmed that this is made with vegan mayo. It had onions, spinach, and juicy tomatoes on it as well. Very good although this time I thought it needed more seasoning of some kind.
They had vegan ice cream and a variety of plant milks. I thought about getting a milkshake but the only vegan ice cream was salted caramel, which I'm not big on. Instead I got a smoothie made with mango, banana, and coconut milk. I've gotten this before but subbed the mango worth pineapple. I prefer the pineapple but both were delicious. They had some vegan baked goods too.
For breakfast, they have oatmeal, smoothie bowls, or a sandwich made with hummus and tomato. I would love to see a vegan egg option added in the future but I'm glad there's something.

vegan desserts & regional products - Edit
I really liked this coffee shop -- so much that I stopped in twice during a weekend camping trip. I didn't come at a time convenient for trying out their vegan meal options, but I was super happy to see vegan pastries. The pumpkin creme pie was awesome! I also enjoyed browsing the Kentucky and Ohio food products and crafts they have for sale there. My partner and I picked up coffee, kombucha, a cookbook about wild fruits, and some camping supplies there.

Delicious Almond Milk Latte - Edit
I was not expecting to find good coffee, let alone vegan food in this tiny town. I got an iced almond milk latte that was a little sweet for me, but as a coffee snob, I can tell you that the barista knows how to pull a shot! I didn’t grab any of the food, but the huge vegan brownies and muffins looked delicious. So glad I found them on this app!
