Quality spot in Old Town! - Edit
Their vegan ragu dish was brilliant and made with traditional pasta. Points for having a vegan starter and vegan dessert option aswell.
Read moreMenu has changed since which can be found online. Sadly no vegan dessert anymore but the food was still amazing and the staff were nice.

Tucked away in the streets of Dubrovnik - Edit
There were three clearly marked, vegan options, and some vegan side, dishes, and salads as well. The service was impeccable, and we ate outside one of the many narrow hidden streets of the city. Wonderful atmosphere. Food was not as delicious as we thought it would be. The asparagus risotto was bland, and my husband tried to doctor it up with salt and pepper and oil. The ratatouille, with homemade pasta was very good however. With all the great restaurants in the Dubrovnik, including a vegan ones, and many with vegan options, we probably won’t go back here again.

Disappointing - Edit
Seemed like our waiter hated us as soon as we arrived. Had the vegetable wok - when he served it he said “before you even ask that’s not meat it’s pea protein so don’t ask” lol! It was dry as hell with no sauce or even oil and the only apparent seasoning was black pepper although I think the rice was cooked in stock.
Read moreThe whole meal was quite tough and absolutely not worth like 25 euros, cost was probably 2. My friend that had the prawn pasta said the prawns seemed to be from frozen and the pasta was overcooked too.
Pros: Central location
Cons: Service, Food, Price

Tasty food but a bit expensive - Edit
Located on a nice street in a central location. The staff were lovely and the food was tasty and clearly labelled as vegan. Bit expensive but to be expected for a nice place like this in Dubrovnik. I was with a fish eater and the tuna was apparently very nice too.

Lovely dish, limited options - Edit
Really nice ratatouille dish with pasta, not something I’d usually try but will be adding it to my list come autumn. Kind of odd eating it in such a warm climate (to me) but it was really delicious. Otherwise, there was limited options so I’d definitely not go if you’d prefer plenty of options.

Multiple vegan choices - Edit
3 vegan options, clearly labelled as vegan rather than vegetarian. Wok vegetables which I had included some protein chunks, which was a welcome change. Food was really nicely cooked and service was good.

It was good - Edit
Nothing memorable but I always appreciate it when restaurants make an effort to include vegan options. I had the vegan wok which was nice but it was basically just rice with a few fried vegetables. It’s a good option if you want to go somewhere central in Dubrovnik old town

Lovely - Edit
Clearly labeled options. We got the gaspachio which was truly amazing and the ratatouille pasta which was also lovely homemade style pasta and it was topped with olives and capers. Staff was friendly and it's in one of the quieter parts of the city, so that was great too!

Brilliant dining experience in a lovely location - Edit
An easy vegan dining experience - very thankful for clearly marked vegan options (after days of having to request vegetarian options be amended to become vegan). The waiter was really friendly and welcoming.
Read moreI had the asparagus risotto which was delicious and my omni husband also enjoyed his dish, so a win win!
The restaurant is positioned on a lovely street, though, like most outdoor seating in the Old Town it is cramped, so not the most private dining experience.
Pros: Friendly staff, Clearly marked vegan options, Lovely location
Cons: Cramped tables

Wow! - Edit
Dalmatino is a great option for vegans traveling with omnis. They have a clearly marked vegan main menu, and other options are clearly labeled throughout, including sides, starter, and dessert. I had the vegan risotto and it was fantastic. The rest of my companions had non-vegan dishes but agreed they were absolutely delicious. It is the only restaurant we all agreed we would return to here in Dubrovnik.

Great pasta - Edit
My husband and I stopped here for dinner and tried two of the vegan pasta options. Everything is clearly labeled on the menu and there were at least three pastas to choose from, among other dishes like soup, sides, and desserts. We both really liked our dishes and enjoyed conversation with others sitting ont he patio. It was a great experience!

Great vegan options - Edit
Never seen so many vegan mains options, I mean proper vegan dishes too not ones you have to veganise! I had the Croatian lentils stew dish with bread & dipping oils. Very tasty & super quick service. There were at least 2 or 3 other appealing vegan options there too. Don’t think you’ll find a better place than this in the old town for vegan food.

Menu has changed too since last photos people took on here. The lentil stew is now a dish & I think a couple of the others have changed too. Also, sadly the vegan panacotta doesn’t seem to be there anymore writhed

Dalmatino - Edit
Solid vegan option available. This is also a great place to dine with a non-vegan and keep them happy while you are able to enjoy a tasty vegan meal. I absolutely loved the veggies included with the entrée. The polenta and meat substitute were really good but I felt they could have been more flavorful … this was nothing salt couldn’t fix though. I definitely would eat at this restaurant again.

Amazing food. The vegan delight patty was so delicious! It was served with wok veggies and a delicate polenta. The vegetable ragu was made with homemade pasta. Lovely texture. Service was also fantastic. Probably our favorite meal of the trip.

Best food we had in Croatia - Edit
We visited for my mums 60th birthday, my family aren’t vegan so it was great to find somewhere that they were happy with as well as somewhere myself and partner could also enjoy a proper meal! We didn’t get a starter, from memory there was just gazpacho but 3 options for vegan mains, we both went for the Ragu which was delirious. I had the panna cotta also which was amazing. Cocktails were also great, service was pleasant and its definitely one of the fancier places to eat (by decor and vibe) our whole party cleared their plates - vegans and meat eaters alike. They also make a show of their creme brûlée (non vegan) with a blowtorch at the table and have some smoky cocktails that are made at the table too which was fun to watch and definitely added to the experience
