Delight Cafe - Edit
Have ordered the vegan noodle soup and veggie spring rolls from here before. Owners have been friendly each time and understand what vegan means. They have previously assured me that all the vegetarian options are also vegan. Always good to double check though. Noodle soup has a really light stock. Lots of different toppings (tofu, dumplings, various veggies). Smaller serving size, but also quite inexpensive as well. A really solid lunch option if you happen to be in the area. They do pick-up orders as well if you call ahead. Would visit again and would like to try the dry vermicelli salad.
