Outstanding

Their tofu sandwich was flippin incredible. They have a nice simple menu and have tofu as an option for all styles of meal. Their flavors are delightful and satisfying. The staff were also quite friendly.

One of the best places for fresh, delicious and healthy food

These guys are seriously the best. Great vibe, amazing food, and sizeable portions. My first time there they took their time explaining how everything could be made vegan and were very thorough with me, which I really appreciate considering most places aren't as accommodating or knowledgeable.

Happy to see this place here and I hope they stay. Definitely my go to on a nice day when I want a healthy option.

Yummy!!

We were happy to see Da Nang can veganize their menu items. Very tasty Banh Mi Sammy and bowls or salads. Give ‘em a try along with a coffee or adult beverage at Spoken Moto

Pros: Several tasty vegan options, Friendly service

Best Asian food in Bend

Although Bend has two other Vietnamese restaurants (Pho Viet and Dang's), along with a bunch of Thai and several Chinese places, I think this food truck has by far the best East Asian food. Everything is freshly made and delicious, and a terrific value for the quality and portion sizes.

The tofu is fried to perfection, and they are happy to accommodate vegetarians (no fish sauce) and vegans (no aioli on the banh mi), and will usually ask you if you order with tofu. When modified, they'll substitute other delicious sauces instead of just leaving the food dry... it turns out great!

I eat here several times a week, alternating between rice bowls, the vermicelli noodle bowls, and the banh mi sandwiches. Have never been disappointed. The staff are amazing and friendly, and they are very happy to accommodate requests.

If you're hanging around at Spoken Moto (the cafe attached to this food truck pod), this is the perfect place for lunch or dinner. They'll bring your food in when it's ready.

It's one of those few places where I wish could leave a 5/5 rating (or even 6/5), even though they are not fully veg. One of my favorite places in the whole town AND state.

Pros: Delicious food, Good portions & value, Great staff

Cons: Vegetarian/vegan options not displayed on menu, Limited hours of operation
