Good but not great - Edit
There’s no separate vegan menu, most things are marked vegetarian with some vegan options. Pizzas are not marked vegan, only when we enquired did they offer vegan cheese as a replacement on pizzas. The pizzas we had were very cheesy and minimal vegetables so not that impressed.

Vegan options labeled on menu but beware - Edit
Vegan options are labeled on the menu but I did notice one entry that was labeled vegan but clearly said butter in the description. I would definitely ask your server if what you’re wanting is vegan regardless of how it is labeled. Nonetheless, ordered a marinara pizza, Greek salad, and the penne Al burro pasta I believe. Pizza was good and was inexpensive enough to be a shareable side. Greek salad was decent as well but there are better ones around Mykonos. I enjoyed my pasta and would order again.

I love the clearly marked vegan options on the menu. Also couldn’t fault the food, it was delicious. We got the marinara pizza, a side of mushrooms and the spicy pasta.

Read moreEdit (September 2023): it’s not mentioned on the menu but the puttanesca can me easily made without anchovies and it’s one of the best puttanescas I’ve ever had. Highly recommend it with their hand made pasta spaghetti too. So good!!

Not much vegan options (no longer separate vegan menu) - Edit
We ate at d'Angelo's with perhaps too much expectation in view of the previous reviews. When we tested it, they no longer had a separate vegan menu, with vegan options marked directly on the standard menu. Moreover, there were labeling errors on the French menu, with dishes marked vegan that weren't vegan at all. The vegan dishes available are now quite limited. We had a foccacia starter (very good), a pizza (asking to replace the normal cheese with vegan cheese on a vegetarian pizza) and pasta with arrabiata. The pasta was satisfactory, but the pizza was not so good, sticky and undercooked. It was very touristy and expensive for the few options available and the quality of the dishes.

Friendly staff with a wide choice of vegan options - Edit
It's a very delightful and authentic italian restaurant with a lot of vegan options either clearly marked or in a separat menu. The staff is very friendly and vegan concious. We received many good recommendations and had a great dinner.

We got d’Angelo delivered twice during our stay in Mykonos and each time it came super fast. The first time I had the vegan fitness pasta which was nice and the second time I got the vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese which was also nice. We ordered through whatsapp and they were lovely to deal with.

A super busy restaurant in the centre of town but the food was worth it. The customer service is as you would expect in Mykonos town, but our server was helpful in letting us know what they could make vegan. There are some labelled pizzas and other options on the menu but they can make pretty much any veggie pizza with vegan mozzarella. I had the truffle pizza which they were able to adapt. The price was pretty good too, around 50 euros for a meal for 2 plus a starter and 2 drinks.

Great service but didn’t have a lot of the items listed on their website. - Edit
When we asked for the vegan menu, we were told there wasn’t one and that there was just vegan items on the normal menu. There were a lot more vegan options online, for both starters and mains, so I asked for a pizza with vegan cheese (as shown on their website) and they said they’d ran out of vegan cheese. I ordered a pasta which was nice but a bit basic and the sort of meal you could order at most places in Mykonos. I was disappointed after reading such good reviews and seeing such a great vegan menu online. However, our waiter was really nice and recommended different vegan pasta dishes and recommended us a good vegan street food place around the corner for another day and the wine was lovely.

Amazing Italian Vegan Available - Edit
D'Angelo has some of the best vegan Italian I have had ever. They have a dedicated 2-page menu (see photos) of all vegan options which was fantastic.
Read moreI started with the Misto Funghi (9,50€), a MUCH larger bowl of sauteed mushrooms than I had anticipated, accompanied with a side of bread. This by itself got me almost full but it was so, so good. Finally my Vegetarian Pizza (15€) came topped with vegan cheese, and I could not finish even half before I called it quits. For an Italian pizza on a Greek island, it was divine.
Service here was extremely friendly and they even ended the meal with a shot of Italian liqueur. Give this spot a try if you're looking for some good vegan options.

We absolutely loved D’angelos. Has lots of vegan options, pizza and pasta. The atmosphere and music is great, it really comes alive at night. They also have great cocktails and vegan chocolate mouse.

We had pizza here one day for lunch, was a lovely place and meant to go back dressed up for dinner but didn't get a chance. Apparently the owner owns Rhino so they know about veganism had a seperate menu

This place was lovely, gorgeous gorgeous to sit in and enjoy. The manager was an absolute delight and the service was phenomenal. The manager owns rhino which is one of the best places we ate, he was vegan himself and very knowledgeable about it, the options are extensive and their menu is really good for vegan, I tea also separate to the main menu (which I personally prefer). Food was really good and we would absolutely go back! Very nice meal, so enjoyable and well priced! Manager makes the place even better by being so welcoming and nice. Deffo worth a trip here on your holiday!

Okay, firstly I realise Mykonos is a seasonal island (not our first visit) however if you have gone to the trouble of making a separate vegan menu and you are still open IN season just late season, it's still important to actually have the ingredients.
Read moreWe made 4 reservations here before leaving for our holiday as we were impressed with the effort they seemed to have made. However on the first attempt we were told that vegan cheese was 'finished'....all of it...thus wiping out a good portion of the menu.
We asked again and they said it's not their fault but suppliers out of stock. Such complacency never washes well with me in business.
Nonetheless we tried one of the other dishes, a 'fitness pasta' which unfortunately was rather mediocre as it lacked seasoning and care.
I'm sure at it's best it's worth a try, but we'll never know....

I’d give it a 5-star review if I could but it’s not a vegan/vegetarian restaurant only. They have a separate vegan menu and the service was incredibly warm and hospitable. Highly recommend the vegan pasta!

Awesome Italian restaurant with vegan menu - Edit
We went there at 19:30 (sunset around 20:30-21:00 at that time). The restaurant is near to the iconic Mykonos windmills (around 100-200m away) and with a nice outside area.

From starters (we had vegan bruschetta and garlic bread) to main (the mushroom pizza with vegan morzarella is one of the best vegan food we’ve ever had!!!!!!) and dessert (vegan brownie and ice cream, enough to share for 2, better with 3) it was a really delicious stay!!!

Really nice place. Kind staff. Whole vegan menu, you just need to ask for it. Offers vegan pizza, vegan spaghetti, vegan dessert, vegan starters and more😄prices are somewhere between 10-20 euro. I had wonderful and deliciouse fungi pizza ( really recommend),pizza ala greco, aglio olio spaghetti like 13e, brownie with ice cream 12euro.

They have a hole vegan menu! We had a quinoa salad, the calzone and a pasta in a jar! It was all very delicious! Best part was the vegan brownie 😋 with coconut ice cream! Amazing! And is quite a big portion. The staff was very friendly and the space is beautiful, very close to little venice.

It did get very busy very quickly (even in covid times) so go early or book a table
