Just a few vegan plates, but they are super good. I love the setup, that it’s in a wierd location, and seems to be true mom and pop spot.

This place is kinda odd, but I love it. It's in an old office building in the lower lobby. The owners are the ones in the kitchen, and you can tell it's authentic and made with a lot of love. They are proud of their business and have a rotating slideshow of screenshots of positive feedback from various Instagram accounts—so cute! I do wish they let you customize the meals a bit more. I wanted tofu and veggies, and all of the vegan meals are either/or. I ended up getting the spicy tofu. It came out with a scallion pancake for an appetizer. Everything was delicious and well-priced. Would highly recommend coming here.

Tasty authentic Korean food! - Edit
I came here because of the great reviews online about the special vegan menu they have and boy this place did not disappoint! It is kind of tricky to find but not that bad. It is inside Cypress Tower on floor 1. You can park in the parking lot by the east door and walk in that way. The food was delicious!! Me and my nonvegan friend came here for lunch and she really enjoyed the food too. It looks very authentic! There's also imported snacks and drinks for sale as well as homemade kimchi and vegan kimchi!! I will definitely be back. I'm bringing all my friends and family here. 😊 #Veganuary

Great Vegan Korean Food - Edit
Had a great meal at Cypress Cafe. A few useful details about the location itself. It’s located at the address as indicated but it’s inside a pretty large office building for grocery retailer HEB. It’s accessible to the public though and includes are pictures of the outside of the place.

I ordered the Tofu Gangjeong which is a slightly spicy yet sweet peanut tofu served crispy with rice and pickled daikon. My husband got the spicy tofu which came with an assortment of kimchi, seaweed salad and other pickled veggies. Overall it was VERY tasty. The tofu was very crispy and almost tasted like a chicken substitute you can get as like nuggets.
Before our meal we were treated to a Korean potato pancake which we devoured. It’s only open Monday-Friday during more standard “work hours”, which I guess makes sense since it’s inside a corporate office building.
Pros: Options clearly marked , Fast and friendly service
Cons: Only open during weekdays

This is a hidden gem, this place was incredible! The tofu was sooo crispy and flavorful!!! Owner was very kind & helpful and had lots of ways to make dishes vegan! I highly recommend I will definitely be going back soon :)
