Light cake but Light options - Edit
Two options for cakes when I was there. One was a typical choccy cake (looked yummy!) And the one I had which was a blueberry and lemon cheesecake Cake Slice. This was delicious! The sponge was nice and inside had pockets of blueberry cream, a cream cheese cream and I like a vanilla /lemon paste. It was really nice albeit a little light on the lemon 🍋 just stumbled across this place and was very pleasantly surprised! Be aware, their price for eat in and take away is quite a large difference. Cake was so nice so would reccomend!

Not bad… - Edit
…but not much choice for vegans. Taste is good, just try not to be envious of non-vegan options.

Small selection - Edit
Limited vegan selection (1 cake, 1 brownie) possibly due to the time I visited (3.30pm). I had the blueberry Cheesecake cake. It was outstanding. It won't be somewhere i'll visit often but it's nice to know there's a great cake available when I have a craving

Vegan high tea - Edit
Great vegan high tea. For the two of us, we got 3 sandwiches each, a selection of biscots with jam and cream, a few sweet treats, and vegan chocolate cake to go.

Fun witch afternoon tea - Edit
Fun experience with the immersive afternoon tea, with enthusiastic staff. I've had better vegan afternoon teas elsewhere. Delicious sausage roll, some nice sandwiches, some less nice. For a bakery there were only two sweet options provided. Both lovely. The vegan scone was not the best I've had. Overall a lovely day out though.

Great service Delicious cakes - Edit
We have had 5 cakes delivered for birthday/ special occasions in the last 12 months. Pricey however you get what you pay for. Absolutely delicious, melt in the mouth cakes.
Read moreGreat communication and delivery service.
The last cake was not up to their usual standard and after contacting them, we received a speedy response and a full refund which we will be using to purchase another cake, as everyone can have an off day and want to continue supporting this lovely business.
Not visited their Soho store as yet but will definitely will do.
Pros: Utterly delicious cruelty free cakes, Good customer service, Great delivery service
Cons: A tad pricey

Awful scammers - Edit
This company is absolutely awful. I ordered a cake and paid extra for delivery and the driver never delivered the cake. He claimed that he called when he was outside, but he did not. After contacting the company they sent me a log to ‘prove’ he had called which revealed that the cake was being delivered to the wrong address despite the fact that the address was correctly recorded on my order. They have refused me a refund and taken absolutely no responsibility - I suspect this is a small, intimately run business where no one is held accountable and people just reinforce one another’s unprofessionalism.

Cutter & Squidge - Edit
Back in the day before the pandemic, I worked remotely from Cutter & Squidge between work meetings at few times. It's a nice place to have a tea and a cake, but I remember there weren't a plethora of vegan options here at the time (fingers crossed that's changed for the better). They also offer vegan cakes for special events (such as birthdays), which I plan to order some time. The location is excellent.

Good to Animals but not to Humans - Edit
The bad reviews about customer service and bad management are true about this company.
Read moreThis company clearly runs its business relying on tourist as it is hard to believe that there is such unethical and cold hearted people serving the British public especially in a time when the whole country is in such a bad place. My sister's whole wedding got cancelled due to the pandemic of the Corona Virus. Everything was booked and payed for in full with her life savings. All other company's have refunded the money she spent and wished her well apart from this one. They have offered her £425 (WHICH INCLUDES £65 DELIVERY & £10 FOR INSURING THE ROSE PETALS WHERE PINK) in vouchers saying SHE cancelled the wedding cake 'NOT THE GOVERNMENT' and they need the money to pay their staff.
I can understand if any work was already done on the cake or ingredients bought but we know for sure it hasn't as this was cancelled a week ago and the wedding would have been in 2 weeks time.
PLEASE BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THESE PEOPLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Great location, amazing cakes - Edit
We went on a very busy Saturday afternoon but managed to grab a seat at the back. Staff were very helpful and friendly despite how hectic things were! There were 4 vegan cakes to choose from when we visited, we had the strawberry and cream loaf, the chocolate velvet loaf, and a slice of the lemon blueberry. The loaves were fantastic, the lemon blueberry cake was good but the sponge was a little bland. We went back the next day to get some cakes for our train home and this time got the Oreo cheesecake which was absolutely incredible. The prices are pretty high (£4 or £5 each, more if sitting in), but the cakes are just about worth it, and the location, in the heart of Soho, can't be beat.

Wizard theme afternoon tea - Edit
This was amazing and definitely worth the price. The food and desserts were delicious and it was very interactive and fun! If you're into wizard themes you're in a potions class and you have cloaks and wands. There was an issue with one of our cauldron cakes (scones) and they were so apologetic and they even sent us home with 2 oreo cheesecakes! Ontop of all the food and drinks you also get given some treats to take home (very generous servings). They also cater for wheat free, veggie etc.

The oreo cheesecake always sells out quick, but is amazing if you get your hands on. Small business run by 2 sisters and looking to expand their vegan range! Fun music and fun staff.

A nice treat - Edit
Decided to visit here for morning coffee and cake. There was one vegan large cake and some small brownies/loaves at a similar price. I ordered a slice of cake, as this meant I got more for my money (they were quite pricey). It was delicious but so rich that I had to share half with my friend. Also had oat milk for coffee's but at 40p extra I just had a black americano!

Rich chocolate - Edit
We ordered a slice of the chocolate caramel cake and the chocolate loaf (both vegan). The slice was larger and the better tasting of the two (the icing was a bit sickly on the loaf). The cafe in general is expensive, and the cake was very rich; I struggled to finish my slice. However, it was delicious and I do recommend as a sweet treat if you like that sort of thing.
Read moreThe only thing I’d warn against is they didn’t have any vegan cheesecake (as displayed on their Instagram), and the blueberry lemon cake was only to buy as an entire cake, so if you’re wanting a specific flavour you might not get it on the day.
Pros: Rich tasty vegan cake, Nice surroundings
Cons: Limited options , Not all options for eating in the cafe , Expensive
