Delish - Edit
Great food, great service and great happy hour. Probably the best samosas I’ve ever had. Make sure to let them know you’re vegan, the mint chutney is not vegan.

Pricey - Edit
Curryosity initially caught my eye because their cocktails are $9 ($5 during Happy Hour). The drinks were very pretty. They were also mediocre, but for the price, I was satisfied. For food we started with the Bhel Puri, and it was easily the best part of the night for me. The crispy rice with the tangy sauce was delicious. For our entrees, we ordered the tofu vindaloo and tofu nirvana with roti. My boyfriend thought his tofu nirvana was fine.
Read moreHowever, my vindaloo was so so disappointing. There were no potatoes like the menu mentioned, and it was rather bland overall. Vindaloo, to me, is supposed to be flavorful, spicy, and sour… but this one was just spicy. They also charged us $5 a person for sides of roti (which they made clear was an upcharge), but the amount we were given for $10 worth of bread was almost laughable. If I was not already disappointed by my vindaloo (after craving it all day!) I likely would have let it slide… but this was the final straw for my hangry self.
While the staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and the food came out quickly, I would not eat here again. I personally feel you can get much better and cheaper Indian food elsewhere, and I would opt for those options instead.

Hit the spot - Edit
There are a good number of vegan options at this restaurant. And they totally hit the spot. We ordered the Curry Fries, Indian Latke and Samosa Slim to share. The Indian Latke was surprisingly my favorite! I love restaurants like this that have both vegan and non-vegan options so I can visit them with all of my friends. But the vegan options are so good that my friends forget about eating meat or even dairy!

Not a huge fan - Edit
Had the opportunity to try several things here. The samosa and the curry fries were amazing. My only reason to return. The saag was not very flavorful just lots of spice/heat and the tofu in it was cold . The nirvana was way to sweet for me . On Monday they offer free naan w/ meal (not vegan) and the roti ( vegan bread option ) is 5$ . Wouldn’t recommend or return

Pretty good with vegan options - Edit
Several vegan options. Nice atmosphere. Curry fries were a creative and delicious appetizer. Curry was good, but nothing special. Gorgeous cocktails, but difficult to drink through all the garnish.

Great vegan options!! - Edit
Would give 5 stars if I could! The vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. The appetizers that can’t be missed are the latkes, samosas, curry fries and naan bruschetta (only thing non-vegan about it is the little bit of dairy they use in the naan, it’s not marked vegan for that reason but I’m a little don’t ask don’t tell with their naan because it’s so good). My favorite curry is hands down the Nirvana (with veggies).
Read moreDefinitely come through for their happy hour. Every day from 3-5pm almost all the appetizers and drinks are $5. It’s honestly a steal and most people sleep on it (hardly ever busy during this time). The cocktails are all super refreshing, reasonably priced even when it’s not happy hour ($8) and have a fun Indian spin on them (super flavorful).
Super cute and unique ambiance. The owner Raj really did an amazing job with this place!

I love this restaurant!!! - Edit
The food is incredible. 5 stars , if I could give it!!! Fresh veggies. Didn’t cook the life out of everything. Classy, hip cocktails, with a Punjabi twist. A super fun, clean, “on trend”, place to take vegan and non-vegan friends; there’s something for everyone!
Read moreThe owner Raj is wonderful, so down to earth. Had one of the best conversations since Covid started. Lots of excellent restaurants (vegan or vegan friendly) concentrated walking distance in this neighborhood. They support one another. It’s really a demonstration of how it should be. Wish all owners, restaurants/ neighborhoods were like this. Check it out. I doubt you’ll be disappointed. Thank you Raj!!!!
Pros: Clearly marked fresh vegan options, Hip/ On trend, accommodates non vegan friends , Awesome people/ you can feel the love in the food
Cons: Parking can be troublesome
