Friendly vendor of desi vegan streetfood - Edit
Quite a few options of vegan Indian dishes that you can order and then eat while sitting down on a bench or wall nearby (probably less great when it is raining). The vendor is really friendly and helpful.

Easily discovered as its right by the canal and a small parking area. The food was above expectation (even though expectations were high as we drove there from Stockholm based on recommendations) and everything was fantastic (we had several different snacks and the stew of the day with rice). Very friendly and service was great too! It’s a must when in Uppsala :)
