A bit of a disappointment - Edit
I had the vegan curry and it was delicious, but the portions are very small yet expensive. I hadn’t eaten properly since noon and unfortunately also left the restaurant hungry. I had to stop by a convenience store on my way home to get some snacks. Funny enough, I encountered a person who was at the restaurant at the same time with me and they were also getting a smoothie after their dinner.

Fantastic food and beautiful ambiance - Edit
Excellent vegan curry and vegetarian tempura served with matcha salt. Beautiful presentation of food, lovely staff and authentic ambient setting. Get there early, it’s a small restaurant with limited seating but worth it.

Not worth the wait and the price - Edit
We waited 40 minutes and in the end the only vegan option was vegan curry. We had large portion of rice but it wasn’t filling at all. To expensive for that small food bowl.

Read moreIt was delicious but even with the”Large” offering of rice it wasn’t very filling… but I guess that’s my opinion haha .
The vegetable tempura is unfortunately fried in the Same old as the fish so I didn’t get that .
So 1 option but if you are hungry I recommend going somewhere else .

Nicely presented food. Short menu. The only truly vegan option is curry with rice. The curry is without any actual veggies to chew, which seems typical for Japanese curry. They serve the curry with fish-broth in a separate pot to pour it in the bowl. The tempura is deep fried in a pot together with the fish. Had to wait in line for an hour to get a seat. My meat-eating bf really enjoyed the regular menu tho, which consists of two different curries, rice, fish-broth and tempura (veggie & fish). You can choose between small, medium and large size of rice which comes with the menu.

Delicious Japansese curry! We had to wait about 30 minutes before being seated.
Read moreYou can decide the amount of rice: small, medium or large. The medium portion was quite small, so go for the large one if you are hungry! We left a bit hungry, since there was a long queue behind us and it didn’t feel right to order more food. Note that the tempura is not vegan here.

Crisp Tempura and a Fat Noodle Alert - Edit
This place is cute as a button and quite central. The tempura was crispy and delightful, I was particularly fond of the shiitake tempura. Their menu is seasonal and I am sure that their offerings cannot miss. We love a fat nood of course, good broth as well. Their sauces were zesty 🍜

Awesome vegan curry, great prices - Edit
Loved the vegan curry. I liked it so much I immediately ordered a second curry upon finishing my first. The price is excellent for the large portion size. The owner is super friendly and likes to speak with customers. The cozy atmosphere and deliciously simple menu made for a delightful dining experience.

Great food and very nice staff and owner! - Edit
The curry was great. It comes with 5 different garnishes, and the owner maticulously places them on the plate. He speaks English well and was very polite, also reassured me that everything is vegan (really vegan! No shennanigans, I double checked). When I got up to leave he went out of the kitchen to say thanks and ask if I liked the vegan options. The place also has a very nice staff.
