Great vegetarian and vegan options - Edit
This place is a true gem! The service is great and the food is amazing. I tried the Amritsari Chhole and the Himachali Aloo Gobi and both were truly delicious. I highly recommend the level 5 extreme spicy as it brings out all the delicious flavors very nicely.

Vegan Food In A Pinch - Edit
They have a vegan menu which is great. The tofu dish I ordered was not very good as the tofu was slimy and not prepared well. Unfortunately the veggie pakora was too greasy for my liking. However, when passing through Yuma how many options does one really have?

It’s surprisingly rare to come across Indian restaurants in Arizona. Curries is certainly a gem. They have quite a wide variety of vegan dishes that are just divine.

Nice find in a Ramada. We had two main dishes, a tofu curry and a vegetable Jalfrezi. We were asked about spice levels, 1 to 5 scale, and they were right on target: the 1 was not at all spicy, and the 4 was very spicy. The garlic naan (not vegan) and roti were very good. One warning: portions are big so order wisely if just traveling through.
