Traditional bakery but sells a few flavors of vegan cupcakes, including mocha and blackberry. Usually not on display so you have to ask. Open Mon-Sat 6:00am-9:00pm, Sun 6:00am-4:00pm.

Undercover Vegan Cupcakes! - Edit
The vegan cupcakes here are usually not on display, but kept in a separate refrigerator... maybe to avoid cross-contamination? Either way, ask for them!
Read moreThe selection varies, but on this visit the choices allowed for a little customization. I ended up with a chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting and topped with shredded coconut. It tasted like fudge cake and was the perfect amount of sweetness.
If you're close by this little bake shop I highly recommend you check them out.

Several vegan cupcake options - Edit
They can make five or six flavours vegan and are super accommodating if you're ordering ahead. Each day they have at least one vegan flavour... They're all delicious!
