Very decent food - Edit
It was a fast and cheap option next to the train station. The food is fair, but nothing exceptional.

It is a nice place inside, nicely decorated, and they have a small terrasse, always nice in Montpellier to stay outside!

Decent Vietnamese vegan food if you’re near the train station. - Edit
Nothing special but I needed something fast and this was a close place with vegan options. I got the fried tofu and noodles. The tofu looked much more fried in the photos I looked at. Fair option.

Cons: $11 for just semi fried tofu and noodle

Nice Vietnamese food - Edit
I had some very nice and very hot lemongrass tofu as an entree, followed by rice noodles with stir fried tofu, nams and some veggies. The food was good, although I would have liked to get more veggies in my main dish. Friendly staff and fast service.

Good Vietnamese food with veggie options - Edit
These Vietnamese restaurant opened two years ago near Place de la Comédie and offers some vegetarian options (most of them being vegan even if not labeled as such). They offers two kinds of fried tofu as starters (they both are very different and very tasty), spring rolls, fried noodles and vegetables as main dishes. I tried with a friend two different dishes that were really yummy (rice noodles and tofu and a kind of pad thai). For vegan, just ask to confirm that your choice does not include cheese or eggs. Prices are very fair and portions are generous. The staff is friendly and the location quite perfectly central.

Cons: no vegan labels, uses cheese in some veggie dishes
