Oatmilk - Edit
I love that the coffees are available with a variety of milk alternatives but the coffee is overpriced.

Great coffee - Edit
Super tasty, a tad expensive but still very worth it. I was asked if I liked sugar and how much.

Where Coffee Falls Flat and Fashion Fails - Edit
In my recent visit to Cuffeine, I was not only disappointed by the lack of coherence in their fashion offerings but also by the dismal quality of their coffee. As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I approached the barista counter with anticipation, only to be met with a lackluster brew that tasted as if it had been carelessly prepared and lacked the finesse expected from a specialty coffee shop.
Read moreThe first sip revealed a coffee that was far from the robust, flavorful experience I had anticipated. Instead, it left a bitter aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly on the palate. The aroma lacked the inviting notes of freshly roasted beans, replaced instead by a faint, almost stale scent that hinted at the coffee's lack of freshness.
Moreover, the texture of the coffee was disappointingly thin and watery, devoid of the rich, velvety mouthfeel characteristic of a well-crafted espresso or latte. It lacked the creamy consistency that enhances the overall drinking experience, leaving me with the impression of a hastily prepared beverage that prioritized expediency over quality.
To compound matters, the flavor profile of the coffee was notably one-dimensional, lacking the complexity and depth that distinguishes a truly exceptional brew. Instead of a harmonious balance of nuanced flavors, I encountered a flat, uninspired taste that failed to captivate or delight.
In essence, my experience with Cuffeine's coffee was emblematic of the overall disappointment I felt during my visit. Just as their fashion offerings lacked coherence and quality, so too did their coffee fail to meet even the most basic expectations of taste and craftsmanship. For a coffee shop that aspires to greatness, Cuffeine has much room for improvement before it can truly satisfy the discerning palates of its patrons.
Cons: very small place , attitude , dusty

I don't get you hating on this place so much and in such a sophisticated way, but you sound like a troll. Are you serious?

Matcha in time. - Edit
Excellent matcha latte with oat milk. One of the best I've had in Cambodia. Made it with 3 minutes before they closed. Still were happy to serve me. Had cleaned the espresso machine already but I was craving a Matcha. Decent ones were tuffer to find in Cambodia than Thailand

Absolutely delicious coffee - Edit
We had the strawberry matcha and the hazelnut latte with oat milk. Both were super good and we will go there again. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. You can decide if you want soy or oatmilk and how sweet your drink should be.

Excellent - Edit
It’s interesting place to be. Cafe, library and mens designer clothes 3in1. Very cosy, good atmosphere, nice people. Cafe is very good and oat milk they use is one of those of good taste (I haven’t tried soya yet) unlike in other cafes in the area. I recommend strawberry matcha.

Great coffee - they also sell menswear. - Edit
This place is run by some young Cambodian friends and is three businesses in one: a vegan coffee shop (drink indoors or take away), a hipster menswear store offering personal styling and a speakeasy cocktail bar on the roof. The owners are very friendly and speak excellent English. I didn't find any clothes that I wanted to buy, but it was nice to try some on. The small seating area is very comfortable and there are books to read and exchange. The coffees are 100% vegan and they offer a choice of oat milk or soya milk. They don't serve food. I had an iced oat milk latte and an iced oat milk matcha latte - both were excellent.
