Had Vegan Pho! - Edit
I didn’t see anything marked vegan on the menu but when I called they assured me they could make a vegan Pho using a vegetable broth, and tofu and veggies. It was delicious!
Read moreIf you get it to go I suggest you quickly relocate it to your bowl, because the vegetables were already in the broth.

So good! Got cashew and the curry dishes with tofu. Homemade sweet and sour sauce the blows the normal "sweet and sour' sauces you see at asian restaurants out of the water. Service was great portions were perfect for a normal appetite... we both ate all our food and it was hard to have a beer afterwards.. lol

Great options for Wenatchee - Edit
Finding vegan food in this valley can be a HUGE struggle! But Cuc Tran has been my family's go to place! Veggie fried rice with tofu is my favorite! So much more flavor than typical fried rice!
Read moreMy husbands go to is the vegan pho IT'S NOT ON THE MENU YET but just ask for it. The staff is very knowledgeable.
