Excellent vegan tapas - Edit

Had a great experience at Cubar. Separate vegan menu which is great. I went with 3 other vegans and we ordered 3.5 dishes each and it was about the right amount for us. (We are big eaters 😅)
Only con is that the bill adds up very quickly and can become expensive but perfect for a vegan treat in an area that is otherwise very limited for vegan options.

Pros: Full separate vegan menu

Good vegan options - Edit

There is a separate vegan menu which has plenty of great options, Cuban themed. I had the sticky soy plant based chicken with sweet chilli and silver onions, sesame seeds and almonds (£12.750) and my partner had the sweet potato falafel with vegan garlic mayo (£7.25). Both dishes were delicious but the portions are quite small, tapas size I would say. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the outdoor seating area at the back of the restaurant has a Mediterranean feel to it with lots of vivid colours and flowers (shame they're plastic though). We had our dog with us and the staff offered water for her, so that was nice.

As the restaurant serves meat and fish, I can't give it 5 stars *Happy Cow Rules* but I've taken one off the 4 available for the size of the dishes vs price.

Pros: Full vegan menu, Dog friendly

Cons: Small portions for the price
